|Located in the high mountains of Serra de Mantiqueria, Minas Gerais, sits Fazenda da Biquinha, a coffee farm spanning 4 generations.
Guilherme Franco has taken the reigns of this farm for his family, coffee growing is instilled deep in his blood. His inspiration to grow quality coffee across high and low altitiudes has seen Guilherme obtain a Masters in Science and complete further studies in Agricultural Engineering.
The farm is placed across some spectacular terrain, adopting a unique planting methodology and post harvest care has meant that Guilherme and his family have been able to produce some wonderfully complex coffee.
Bringing together two different lots, both natural processed, this coffee has some of the most complex and intriguing flavours we have come across. Bringing notes of dried citrus, Nashi pear (Asian pear), dried papaya, raisins and dark chocolate it is pure indulgence for your taste buds.
